Get Started with Marketing as an Investor

The biggest job of any real estate investor is to find properties that are available and gain an edge over competitors by getting there first and offering a great deal for (hopefully!) both sides. I use several different techniques for generating these leads, including paid advertising, searching listings, connecting with real estate agents, and my buying website.
